Titan Strikes Shipping Policy

At Titan Strikes, we believe getting your gear fast and free shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We’ll automatically select the best carrier and service level—whether it’s USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery—to get your boxing and MMA equipment to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

 

1. Order Processing

  • We process and pack every order within 1–2 business days of receipt.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number.

2. Free Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping applies to all U.S. addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • There’s no minimum purchase requirement—every order ships for free.
  • We compare rates among top carriers to choose the fastest, most reliable method on your behalf.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days after shipment
  • Rural areas or temporary delays (e.g., weather events) may extend delivery by a few days.

4. Expedited & International Shipping

  • If you need faster delivery, select an expedited option at checkout (shipping fees apply).
  • We currently ship domestically only. For international orders, please contact our support team for a custom quote.

5. Order Tracking & Updates

  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.
  • You can monitor delivery status directly on the carrier’s website.
  • If you don’t see a tracking update within 48 hours, reach out to us at support@titanstrikes.com.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Address Changes

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited orders.
  • Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to update it after placing your order, email us immediately—once the label prints, we can’t reroute packages.
  • Undeliverable orders returned to us may incur a $7 return shipping fee if re-shipment is requested.
