At Titan Strikes, we stand behind the quality of our martial arts and boxing gear. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders and a straightforward 30-day return policy. Please review the details below to understand our process and requirements.

Free Shipping

All orders shipped within the continental United States qualify for free standard shipping. We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your gear quickly and safely—so you can start training without delay.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply initiate a return within this window for a full merchandise refund (excluding return shipping costs). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In the same unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition as received
  • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
  • Accompanied by your order number and return authorization

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package the items securely, include the RMA number on the shipping label, and ship to the address provided.
  4. Pay for return shipping; we recommend using a trackable carrier to protect against loss or damage.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the package is securely sealed and labeled with the RMA number.
  • Use a trackable shipping method; Titan Strikes is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
  • Cover all return shipping expenses.
